Creighton School District

Jay Mann is the Chief of Business Operations and Development for Creighton School District and has been active in the development of innovative systems, facilities, and technologies to better serve students and communities in K-12, higher education, and library systems for the past thirty-five years. He is an AASA/University of Southern California Urban Superintendents Academy Alumni and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. In 2013 he received a CIO Award for Innovation & Technology from the Phoenix Business Journal. Mr. Mann has facilitated and co-facilitated hundreds of hours of committee work for the Creighton School District, including the Creighton Design Team, Business Innovation Task Force, Budget Advisory Committee, and Capital Planning Team. He has presented at state, national, and international conferences on a broad range of topics, including flexible learning space development, technology integration and innovation, the Internet of Things, leadership development, personal and team development with Gallup's CliftonStrengths instruments, and strategies to deepen community engagement.
